Some products to look out for: The Small Concern Whisky Distillery Situated in the North-West of Tasmania, a small island to the South of the Australian continent. Tasmania is a land of pristine wilderness, fertile soils and the purest air and water. Where they produce the Franklin barley a superior breed of barley. With such a high quality of grain and purity of water, it was inevitable that the Small Concern Distillery founders were able to create a very fine single malt whisky. TASMANIAN CRADLE MOUNTAIN SINGLE MALT FROM THE SMALL CONCERN WHISKY DISTILLERY 10Y/O 57.9% (EX CABERNET SAUVIGNON CASK) Nose: Dry rich sweetness with hints of fruit and peanut butter Palate: Lots of evidence of the Cabernet Sauvignon cask, Dry nutty aftertaste that lingers and develops further.  GLENLIVET (MINMORE) DISTILLERY 1976 30Y/O 57.1% (S) Nose: Dried orange peel, marmalade, cloves. Palate: Full bodied. Very smooth. Rich and creamy with hints of spice. NORTH PORT (BRECHIN) DISTILLERY 1977 29Y/O 51.4% Nose: Pear drops, marzipan, pine needles. Palate: Well rounded, peppery. Unremarkable.
